Hello
I’m an entrepreneur from the UK. I think this sounds like an excellent opportunity and I’m very keen to submit my project next when applications open up next year.
My question is, what materials do I need to apply? Do I need to prepare a business plan, a presentation or a video? What information should I include?
I really want to start preparing now so that I am ready for when the application process opens again!
Thanks
Tom

Gracias!
Hi I think this is a great project this beautiful country is embarking on.
I would like to know what’s the qualification process or the elements that you take in consideration to be elegible for this grant?
Is there an age limit? Do you consider most types business projects?
JV
Hi John, thanks for your interest in Start-Up Chile. We are currently working on the application process for 2011 so I can’t give you much information about that yet. But if you want to start preparing a business plan thats fine. The only age restriction is that you have to be 18+ , and yes we consider most business projects as long as it has some innovation. Hi,
I was wondering what sort of confidentiality we can expect when we submit a business plan.
Thanks,
Tom
Hi Tom
When you submit your business plan, only the people involved in the selection process will be allowed to read it, and no one else. It is actually considered in the Terms and Conditions for the 2011 application process which will be up soon so you can have more details. Thanks !
